Indoor & Outdoor stock capacity
The main processes of winemaking take place indoor where are also stocked some low capacity stainless steel tanks dedicated to small production lots while outdoor are placed high capacity new thermo-insulated and temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, designed to have a lower environmental impact on the area. The grapes are processed on three separate production lines, using one crusher-destemmer and two different horizontal pneumatic wine presses.
New and more efficient production technologies
In accordance with the work undertaken in the vineyard to cultivate organically but with reduced use of copper, we work in the cellar to minimize the use of sulfites.
In the vineyards we use self-driven tractors with GPS systems to fertilize the soil and prune the vines, and also in the cellar we use new and more efficient production technologies.

Temperature controlled barrel hall
We also have a temperature-controlled barrel hall with different types of French wood and some terracotta amphorae where we age the finest wines and vinify our orange wines.
Testing laboratory
In addition, we have a testing laboratory with state-of-the-art instruments that performs routine analyses, while further tests are carried out by certified external laboratories.
The entire production cycle, from vinification to bottling, takes place in-house, and quality is assured thanks to advanced product traceability programs.
