Brilliant pale yellow colour with green hues. To the nose, characteristic bouquet of herbs, elderflowers, gooseberry, sage, mint, and tomato leaf notes. On the palate, mineral, elegant wine with notes of yellow pepper, pink grapefruit, full and crisp elegant finish.
